Dear e-cig suppliers:
I am a 'noob', as they say. When I need supplies, I usually go to an average of 2-3 sites before I can ever place an order. Why? you say, this is such a simple process. No.

This morning I was trying to order cartomizers for my Riva 510. Simple right? NO. First sight that I went to , I had read a review on e-cig about the right carto for my Riva....it came from their web site. Went to their web site. The carto's suggested was out of stock. OK, next website...they only 'seemed' to have a Mega triple carto (or something like that)....so I pass on that thinking I will fry my battery on my Riva. TIP TO SUPPLIERS In the description of the Items, please list what the item is most compatible with even though the item may not have the same 'Brand' name. Finally find the Cartos at another site that I think may work...I go to ECF find the "discount code" for this supplier and go to their site. Register, search the site, fill out the order (shop, basket, etc) go to Checkout. Enter the Code. Order is kicked back saying the disc. code is no longer valid. OK....came back to ECF....still see the same code.

Now, I have been on the computer trying to place an order for over an hour. Time is up. VaporJunction your discount code is not reading ECF10 for the discount. I will come back and start the process all over again when I have another hour or two to kill....But I at least know which suppliers NOT to go to next time. You can never go wrong with the KISS method!

Sincerely,
Ms. Noobie

What all of my ramblings are tryin to say......When people are new, they have not established any loyalties yet. Why make it so HARD to make a purchase? A few weeks ago, I even called a supplier to discuss recomendations on something. I finally said, "Well, I want to go ahead and order that". He goes..."We don't take phone orders". WHAT????? So, I hung up went to the website, it was showing zero stock so I couldn't order!!! Are you kidding me????WTH! So, I ordered from somewhere else (an hour later!)
