Hi guys the names james. I've only smoked for 2-3 years now; i am a die hard menthol fanatic (camel silvers atm menthol ultra lite cigs + extra crush menthol).
I currently have an e-cig that i only really use if i was to play poker at a buddies house. Its called the Cig2o and its alright but the taste for me isnt there as the menthols taste like plastic and regular cartomizers remind me of stale golden grams(cereal with the bear?)

anyways last saturday i was at my cousins house warming party and he had what looked to be a Mirage ecos e-cig with a few flavors. I tried it and WOW reminds me of hookah could definitely get into the flavored vapes (and maybe better menthol?)

ive browsed this forum for awhile and for me re introduction im down to two e-cigs
the
Jacavapour Vgo2 Variable Voltage
or
iTaste VV V3.0

Any opinions on those to for a reboot challenge?

finally the only other question i have nagging in my head was about the tanks I've heard poly tanks crack with some e-liquids-- generally flavored ones-- is there glass ones available for either of those two cigs? what do you look for in a tank and what are some good tanks (heard bit bout evod?)?

anyways thanks for taking the time to read my thread and i hope i can enjoy this hobby/craving with you guys ^.^

edit: P.S. I like kools and newports aswell but Marlboro smooths are like a desert cig to me a little to much on the peppermint side to smoke regularly

You got to eat Golden Grahams (cookies) as cereal? Your mom was cool!

Cracking tanks is only a concern with citrus and/or cinnamon-based flavors. Mints and menthols do fine.

You sound like you like the menthol hit but not the mint so much. You might want to look into buying some menthol to give other liquids the "kick" you're looking for. You may find a great flavor that just doesn't have enough menthol for you, and a drop extra may be all it needs.

I have pretty much (different branding, same products) of both of the batteries you're looking at. You wouldn't go wrong with either, really. The choice comes down to battery life and what shape you prefer.

I think an Evod would please you, and it's a great place to start looking. "What are some good tanks?" is a harder question to answer than "I have an Evod and I don't like _____. What tank doesn't_____?"

no not the cookies I cant remember what they were called; they looked like little oval grains seeds and were sweet/good but terible aftertaste.

as for the "citrus problem" that could be an issue? i havent looked at allot of e-liquids yet (im under the impression they are all interchangeable as well) but with the memory of strawberry hooka making my mouth water *shivers* i suppose anything fruity is citrus =\

Adding menthol for that extra kick? if i understood that right you mean mixing liquids?.....If that right, Wow! that thought had not even been conceived in my mind until that point talk about endless possibilities....

is the EVOD a metal case with PC windows? or does that take on the citrus risk aswell?

Hi, about your questions about poly tanks crack. I've seen it myself. However, I tried the Pyrex glass instead. It works. No cracks after that.

are those widely available for the different thread types?

Well after watching several reviews and reading some more ive decided to go with the Itaste vv v3 kit and a few EVOD clears as well
only thing i need to find now is a list of famous/good flavors and vendors.

and im increasingly becoming more impatient as i do my research -.- XD

anyways any suggestion or points to other threads would be great ^.^

Thanks,
~james

The iTaste 3.0 works just great, I have one and am very pleased with it. The Evods are my favorite clearomizer to use on it.Mine came with iClear 16 dual coil clearos, and they are not bad at all either...just prefer the evod. Also, as the iClears are dual coil, they tend to run through battery time faster.

The 510/eGo threading on the iTaste gives it very wide compatibility for different clearomizers and tanks.
