Ok I see the soap and I raise ya this
Cheap 100% pure caffeine
You just know some one is crying to there senator to stop this.

Did you see the caffeine cookies?

hmmm...maybe we should order some of this and flood the market caffeine soup, caffeine peanut butter, caffeine popcicles, etc.

We could even go with some trans-dermal products...bandaids, toilet paper, lip gloss.

Then we'll throw in some candy flavors...."caffeinated sour apple tomato soup' or 'grape flavored green beans now fortified with CAFFEINE!" That will mean it's marketed directly toward kids - maybe it'll shift the focus away from ecigs.

I should have gone to bed...You'd think I'd learn to be quiet when I get cross-eyed tired. :D

Man I was really interested in this stuff until I saw the fine print:

Not intended for use as a substitute for sleep.

Seriously!? Well forget it then. I was hoping this was a substitute for sleep. Oh well, I'll have to keep looking I guess...

You might know I'd love the SurgeStix idea. I'll have to order that. At least a year ago, I proposed a GlowStick-like chemical process to heat our e-cigs .. just snap the tube and it works. No battery. Liquid to equal one real cigarette. A complete disposable. I'm glad to see this works for the SurgeStix.

Frankly and bluntly, I think much of the attraction of e-cigs is a placebo effect. There's not enough nicotine for hardcore smokers! Certainly not for me, and I've vaped 48mg straight. I always use snus or a dissolvable at the same time I'm e-smoking. So I know much of my pleasure is from holding what feels like a cigarette, inhaling from it and blowing out what looks to my brain like smoke. That is reassuring, since in my 50 years of cigarette smoking I took this action over 8-million times!

Sure, I like coffee, but "energy" stuff is the new frontier. There are now energy snus and energy nasal snuffs (I have both). Best of all worlds to me would be SurgeStix alternating with an e-cig. Gotta try this.

P.S. You bet, I would use 'em. But ... it was an April Fool's joke. No such product. Yep, I clicked "buy now".

TB...It's not my buisness to ask..and I could probably do the math, but how many packs a day were you at before you quit smoking? Also...I agree on the placebo effect of vaping, but since I started e-smoking I have always felt content using 36mg.The drawback for me is I vape more often than I smoked...I would assume because of the lower nicotine delivery on each inhale on my pv compared to that of an analog! I do think the hand to mouth is a hard habit to overcome!:)The Wiz!

Wow, that's some pretty interesting stuff you found! No doubt they're all scams, but they are some interesting ideas! Smokeable vitamins, appetite suppressants, breath fresheners. That would be totally awesome!

I can just see it now:
"Smoke your way to better health, guaranteed!"

I want e-juice with caffeine in it!!!!

I wish someone could make a type of caffeine that didn't trigger migraines. Then I'd be happy but until that time comes... :( I have to stay away.

It was a great day when Pepsi-Co began producing caffeine-free Mt. Dews. I couldn't believe I could drink sodas again. The only problem is when the company came out with the diet caffeine-free Mt Dews, they didn't design the outside of the bottle well enough for most people, especially those of us with crappy to no vision, to tell them apart. I've picked up the wrong kind and so has my girls, DH, and my best friend. There is little to no difference in the bottling label design. I've even thought of writing the company to recommend they change the labeling for the two so they didn't look the same but I haven't gotten around to it yet.

If caffeine e-liquid come out that didn't trigger my migraines but still gave the boost of energy, I'd more than likely try it; however, I am still trying to figure out how they can make the e-liquids taste like soda such as Dr. Pepper and etc... I'm afraid I won't like the taste so I haven't plunked down any $$ for a bottle; also, I don't really have any extra right now to plunk down on anything let alone a soda pop e-liquid but I won't say that I'm not curious because I am. :)

BTW, if anyone has any interest, I wrote an article on E-cigarettes a short time ago at E-How.com. It has a boost toward the Dura-C from Janty because that's the only E-cigarette I've had a chance to review as it is the only one I can afford right now with DH's health and inability to work plus us having to live (or rather survive) on my SSDI. If you want to read it, it is located at: How to Use an Electronic Cigarette | eHow.com

Other articles are available at EHow on various subjects at the same place but different url: maytenelson | eHow.com

Normally, I write under Paisley Place. I have no idea why I switched my pen name for this site. I've thought of trying to change it but I don't know if it will go through, plus, I have a bunch of links bouncing around out there to all the articles but most importantly to the Dura-C by way of the E-cigarettes.

Many of my articles are at The People's Media. My first article published made the feature page. It blew me away because I never thought it would go that far but within hours I was receiving congratulations emails from members for my article hitting the number 1 spot and the featured article for the site! Check it out if you like, if not, that's okay too. It's the only source of outside income I have; however, the best part is that I can write at my leisure without a definitive deadline so I can work around my illnesses. I write for a magazine for the blind that goes out in various blind-friendly formats including large print, cassette, disk, CD, and braille. With that one, I have an editor and a deadline but it only comes out like 6 times a year so that makes it easier.

My interest in caffeine is so I can get a throat hit with my 0-nic mixes. I assume it'll be similar to the nicotine mixes, depending on how much is safe to put into a mix. Hopefully it wouldn't take a lot to get that throat hit.

There's a patent out there for delivery of caffeine with a propylene glycol / glycerin mixture.

Nasal delivery of caffeine - Patent 4778810

It has been discovered that caffeine containing compositions can be usefully administered to mammals in novel nasal compositions at low dosage levels to elicit a systemic therapeutic response and to provide enhanced bioavailability, minimized variations in blood levels, more rapid onset of activity, ease of administration, and reduced side effects compared to most current methods of administration. The nasal administration process of this invention is significently more efficient than oral or parenteral administration. Simple, small containers such as eye droppers, aerosol or other pressurized containers, and tubes which can be easily carried in a pocket or purse can be used for delivery. Caffeine is often used as a stimulant to prevent sleep, particularly by auto and truck operators. Rapid onset of activity is obviously important for such use.

You can buy pharm grade caffeine in powder form here:

Cheap 100% pure caffeine powder - I have no idea if this is type of caffeine will be easily soluble in pg / vg, but from the patent above, it would seem that it will work.

as long as your normal caffeine intake was less than .7ml a day before you got a shot. This is ridiculous at best...ever hear of drinking caffeinated drinks, are you guys going to vape the ...... juice too. Is it really that hard to drink caffeine and take pills. You gotta have liquid in your diet anyway. How many of you want an IV in your arm and a catheter so you never have to stand up again?

...... vape ftw!

Isnt that incredibly hypocritical?

Nicotine can be administered in a variety of ways also..... why is it okay for nicotine to be inhaled but caffeine no?? This is the kind of stigma in the minds of the masses that will be the very downfall of E-cigs.

One is replacing science with stigma.
