E-Cig won't charge! [HELP]

I'm sorta new to e-cigarettes but I have recently purchased a purple battery from altsmoke it has a twist bottom going up to 4.8 volts, Its a smaller one its not one of the big ego-C-twist battery's its the smaller version. It just won't charge I've tried pushing the pin in the middle up but when I go to charge it it blinks at different points when im rotating it onto the charger and sometimes it turns green while the e-cig button lights up and just sits there (I know that the e-cig isn't charged cause it died last night so therefore i don't know why it would be green) I've assumed it was done charging twice or so cause it said it was green so I put it on my atomizer and it only hit one time then started blinking again. I've cleaned the charger with tissue aswell as the battery.

PLEASE HELP! any tips or tricks or anything that you guys could help me would be great. :(

Hows the brick your powering it by? I cant say for sure on yours, as I don't own one or know what charger your using... but some of the small started "ego's" I've had would do that if plugged into a charger outputting less than 1.5 amps. Check to see your giving the ego charger enough power to do it's job....

1: how old is the battery.
2: how old is the charger.
3: is the charger the one that came with the battery or were they bought separately.

what color is the light on the purple battery when it light up
does the battery light light up when you press; what color.

last year, I had two chargers, one at work and one at home.
over a period of a month or two I was having problems with batteries, and turns out the charger at home was faulty. It was maybe 2 or 3 months old at the time.

Its a generic red box that is used for iPhone charging. It was in an extension cord I now just swapped it and put it into an wall outlet, still no magic.

Battery is two weeks old
Charger I got maybe beginning of this month or late last month.
this charger was for my other big ego twist but it was charging last night and all the other nights before that since i've had it.

battery button turns white
when i slowly twist it on and off of the battery the e-cig battery blinks several times at different/random moments. when it does that I stop and still nothing happens, charger stays with the green dot and my battery stays off but sometimes the battery goes solid white and the charger indicator stays green, all though I know its not charged.

It's possible that you've damaged the battery. If you were using a charger that was pushing more power than the battery can safely handle during charging, killing the battery is actually the least dangerous thing it could have done. Of course, we don't know if that's what happened without knowing what your charger is rated at, and what the battery specs are. Did you buy this from a B&M? If so, you should definitely take it there and see what they say, and see if they have a charger that is meant for that battery.

You charger should say on the label (put your glasses on - it's fine print):
Input 5 Volt DC
Output : 4.2 volt DC 420 mA.
Does it say that?

The symptoms you describe sound similar to the symptoms I was getting when my charger was faulty; it could even be just that the 510 threads on the charger connector are corroded from wetness from liquid getting on the battery.
If you had a second battery or a second charger you would be able to definitely ascertain the problem. Perhaps there's a vape shop you could stop by and check whether its the battery or the charger that has the problem.

oh and;;; using the charger for one battery on another battery is a safety no-no; I wonder if the small battery you are talking about is the one that needs a 120 mA charger
