Well ive had alot of good feedback on ???s ive asked but dont understand all the lingo like attys and using liquid. People have told me to get empty cartliges and use liquid why is that better? Sorry im new to this e-cig thing just heard about it today online so i dont understand all the lingo or things bout e-cigs you can do yet. Thanks for your patience.

The cart's are easy to refill and it's cheaper to get the "juice", the nicotine liguid and refill them. You can also tailor the mix of the liguid to your own preferences that way, as you'll read about here.
Supply/demand and availability is also a factor - if money's no object and you find what you like, and can order a few thousand at one time and get them
you're probably good to go. Having your own liquid and refilling cart's yourself gives you better control over the supply though. Best wishes on your endeavor!

Do a quick search on youtube for "e cigarette" or the like (and probably disregard the "Promoted videos" at the top). People's reviews are sometimes educational (an can be funny).
