When you say you cant get a good draw, are you saying that it's difficult to keep it activated (i.e. the led goes out early)?
If that's the case, you can try taking the cart off and sucking on it hard for a few seconds. Repeat this a few times then reattach the cart and try it out. If that fails, you probably have some loose
juice interfering with the auto sensor. Before trying this next part, I would consider contacting your supplier and checking in to getting a replacement. If you can't or don't feel like it, then give this a shot.
Take the cart, end cap, and battery out. Run the cigar under hot water from both ends for a few minutes and vigorously shake it dry. Set it out to dry for a few days. I have done this with PGA instead of hot water on a few occasions but some people don't have access to it. Once dry, it should run fine. The electronics weren't harmed in any of mine by soaking them.
If none of these work, well you got a dud. If memory serves, Litecig and Vapor Kings both sell cigar replacement bodies/attys cheap. I had, at one point, about 10 of them. Occasionally one would pick up a glitch but they worked really well for me. Good luck.
