Kate, that video is of the first Vapefest, which was in Virginia earlier this year. People had such a good time, that they decided that a year between Vapefests was simply too long, so Midwest Vapefest was born.

It was positively empowering and uplifting to be in the company of so many vapers. Wonderful, funny, intelligent, generous, and passionate people. I cannot remember the last time I had so much fun.
