I have been trying to checkout on your website for almost hour now and every time I click on the proceed button to go to the next step of the checkout process (after I put in my payment and shipping/billing info) it tells me that my cart is empty??? I've ordered before and never had a problem.. any suggestions or is there a problem with the site???

This is what I found:

IE is carrying the cart information correctly, but I test this regularly, so it was already refreshed.
Firefox needed to be refreshed before it would carry the information, but once refreshed, the issue is corrected.
Chrome carried the information, I test this one regularly, but in your instance you many just need to be refeshed again)
Safari didn't carry the cart information; however, I need to try again, because I'm locked out now due to PCI compliance
Opera didn't carry the cart information, but I will try again because I am locked out due to PCI compliance.

I will try again in Safari and Opera after 30 minutes has passed when I can log in again. Unfortunately this PCI stuff is not something I can just turn on or off.

My understanding is this is happening when you hit the proceed button on the checkout page, then when you are sent to the confirm page, your cart is empty. Can you confirm that this is what is happening?

I just tested again, and I am not having this issue. I will try again, in all major browsers and see if I can reproduce the problem.

An alternative solution is for me to take your order manually. Just give me a call.

Yes, that is exactly what is happening. I haven't tried again in the last 2 hours but I will try again shortly and see what happens..

Okay, I tried Opera and Safari again; however, I cleared my cache as Cool Breeze suggested (thank you Cool Breeze!) and both worked. I tested again just to be sure and Opera cleared my cart after I logged in. Made several more attempts and I'm locked out again. :unsure: But I will pursue a solution and hopefully I can find the culprit.

Definately clear you cache and you might also try logging in before you add to cart. That should work for you.

I will keep you posted when the issue is completely resolved.

Hi! This seemed to take forever!! I had to contact tech support for the help, but they could not reproduce the issue either. They did suggest making a change to one file - and i did that - tried again.

It is now working as is should in all browsers: IE; Firefox; Chrome; Safari; and Opera. You should have no problem now.

I want to thank you very much for working with me through this :)
