I have been trying to checkout on your website for almost hour now and every time I click on the proceed button to go to the next step of the checkout process (after I put in my payment and shipping/billing info) it tells me that my cart is empty??? I've ordered before and never had a problem.. any suggestions or is there a problem with the site???
This is what I found:
IE is carrying the cart information correctly, but I test this regularly, so it was already refreshed.
Firefox needed to be refreshed before it would carry the information, but once refreshed, the issue is corrected.
Chrome carried the information, I test this one regularly, but in your instance you many just need to be refeshed again)
Safari didn't carry the cart information; however, I need to try again, because I'm locked out now due to PCI compliance
Opera didn't carry the cart information, but I will try again because I am locked out due to PCI compliance.
I will try again in Safari and Opera after 30 minutes has passed when I can log in again. Unfortunately this PCI stuff is not something I can just turn on or off.
