Bought my first e-cig from these guys. A 502/V9 standard cigarette look-alike starter kit. While my overall satisfaction with the product is negative I feel they deserve credit for good service.
I had a problem with one of the units in the two-pack - it was intermittently working, the battery didn't hold charge for long, and the cartridges supplied didn't press fit properly on the atomizer (too loose) - and so left a comment on their Contact Form as feedback.
Within hours I received an email from Martin apologizing for the problems and saying that he would send me another unit. He did so, and it arrived within two days.
Very happy indeed with this level of care for customers.
