No, what usually happens is the cooked juice in the wick gets pushed into the tank from a change in pressure and darkens the liquid in the tank. Don't worry about it. If it begins to change the flavor of your juice, then it's time for a rewick. This used to happen all the time with my Kayfun LPV2.

Looks like you need a coil change, if what you're talking about is you putting the juice in the tank and while vaping it gets darker.

I had a nautilus mini and after about 2 weeks on the same coil my yellow liquids would become a light brown throughout the day. It also effected the flavor.

I had some COPYRIGHTDMCA cereal in mine and it started tasting funny. My buddy said it tasted like coffee after he tried it for a bit

The bigger the tank - the more this can happen. That is one of the reasons I am more particular to smaller tanks - I would rather refill more often - I can taste the difference once it starts to darken and with large tanks that can even happen with a new coil if it takes a while to vape through the whole tank and how much heat you are exposing it to.
