Bought a bunch (11) small bottles (5mL) of different e-juices from FreedomSmokeUSA to try out. All were 6mg nic as I can't tolerate the higher nicotine due to GERD problems.

Anyway, here are the ones I liked:
BananaCream - tasted exactly as I thought it should and was the best of the bunch
Anise - like licorice? you'll like this if you do
FrenchToast - rich syrup and butter tasting..pretty good
CherryCola - pretty close to tasting like a Cherry Coke just as advertised
OrangeCreamcicle - pretty good, but not as close as the above juices...just okay

Here are the ones I did not care for. I've been told by members here to let them sit and 'steep' for a few days and try them again. I'll do that, but these were my initial reactions:
VanillaClassic - hard to distinguish the vanilla
MapleWalnut - only a hint of the maple and walnut, but enough of a hint to recognize
Mango - again, a hint of mango, but only a hint
Butterscotch - almost no similarity to butterscotch. either that, or my tastebuds are dead
CinnamonBun - a hint of cinnamon bun, but also a bit funky tasting
BaconFried - this one was the worst of the batch. tasted like morning breath. sorry, no other way to describe it. WHAT was I thinking?

They also sent me a freebee 3mL bottle of 24mg WyattEarp - I didn't care for it much

Anyway, as I said, I'll let them sit a few days and try them again. Wanna give them the full benefit of the doubt here.

My favorite of all I've tried, still remains the USA Blend I get from e-Smoky Treats. A little pricey at $17.95/30mL, but I've not found anything I like better.

I've been getting some heartburn, that I never had before, and the only thing I've done different is up the nic to 11/12 mg from 6. I was wondering if vaping had something to do with this newfound annoyance, and your post seems to point in that direction. I know this has nothing to do with your review, but just thought I'd say thanks for mentioning the GERD. I get acid reflux 24/7 (esophageal hiatal hernia, fun! not...) and that hasn't increased but suddenly I have heartburn? Coincidence? I think not!

Probably not coincidence, coffee. If you do a google search on nicotine & GERD, you'll find numerous sites and articals that address the connection. Apparently, nicotine tends to relax the muscle (sphincter) at the top of the stomach and bottom of the esophagus which is supposed to act as a one-way valve, allowing food to enter the stomach, but prevent acid from splashing up into the esophagus. The esophagus does not have the same characteristics as the inside lining of the stomach and cannot tolerate acid being there. Thus, pain, heartburn, and other GERD symptoms. These can be quite dramatic. On top of that, if one also has a hiatal hernia, that in itself already distorts proper valve functioning.

Other factors also contribute to GERD symptoms such as certain foods (chocolate, oily or greasy foods, caffeine, spicy foods, etc.). All of these things including the nicotine work together additively, to cause problems with acid reflux. So, that being said, if one is having GERD or acid reflux issues, it's important to experiment with lower nicotine levels to see whether or not that in itself alleviates some of the symptoms and pain.

Sponge Bobiwan, I take it you don't like tobacco flavours?

I'm thinking of placing an order with FreedomSmokeUSA because of the sample sizes.

Please update this thread when you have tried them out after letting them sit for a week or two!

Chemfatale,

I've only tried about 4 tobacco flavors; USA Blend (from e-Smokey Treats), RY4 (also from e-Smokey Treats, Hilton (from Domestic Vapor) and WyattEarp (from FreedomSmokeUSA). The only one of those four I like, is the USA Blend, which is what I vape at least 95% of the time. It is my "companion standby" flavor and I love it. All the other flavors are merely attempts to ascertain whether or not there is any other flavors out there in vape land that I may happen upon and like as much as USA Blend.

I will update this thread once I've let those other flavors settle for a week or two.
