Here's a review of three e-liquids from E-juice Plus. I wouldn't say that any of them are great, but they're relatively inexpensive at a hair under $20 for a 60ml bottle. All of these juices had mild to moderate flavors, so I wouldn't recommend them if you like your e-liquids very sweet.
Objectively, Tiramisu was the best of the bunch, but my personal favorite was Caramel, which had a salted-caramel taste. The Vanilla wasn't very good -- it reminded me of a milkshake with too much milk and not enough ice cream. Full review and steeping notes here.
