E-Juice refrigeration?

I read somewhere (been to so many sites that I couldn't remember where if you paid me) that refrigerating e-juice helps keep it fresh. Anyone know if there's some truth to this?

True for nic only juice, keep it cool. But I've mostly read that mixed juice needs to "cure" for a while before realizing it's max potential flavor.

Yes, unflavored...the stuff you would buy to make your own flavored e-juice, or DIY as it's called.

I store unflavored in the cooler imidiately, flavored I put in after 3 weeks, if i'm not using that flavor at the moment. I keep the 3-4 I'm using in my stash drawer.

Using refrigeration, how long have you found flavored nic juice to keep fresh?

From my experiences, refrigeration is fine, just make sure you let it get back to room temperature before you put it back into your rotation. Otherwise it might not taste the same, I guess the liquid being cold doesn't shake so good if it's flavored. Same is true if you crack open a fresh bottle that you just took out of your mailbox on a cold winter day. Always best to let it warm up and give it a good shake.

I don't know about the other suppliers, but this subject was discussed on the TastyVapor forum.

Geoff, the owner of TastyVapor, recommends against refrigeration, but suggests that liquids be kept in a cool dark place, at around 60F degrees. A wine refrigerator would probably be perfect (set at the level for red wines).
