E juice tastes burnt?!

I got a 10ml sample of USA Red mix with my starter kit and I loved it, so i bought a 50ml bottle of it..I filled up a brand new carto and it tastes horrible! At first it tastes kinda like the sample, but within seconds it tastes burnt and nasty.

Its dekang, 24mg just like the sample.

Ohh and I also ordered a 5ml sample of "Dekang tobacco" which is clear and it tastes just like the 10ml sample, but its a different color.

Sounds like you just need keep hitting it without inhaling and let it set then repeat. It help to let it get good and soaked and then to burn the coil cause its new and something taste funny at first. If that doesn't help you might have a bad cartamizer. If that's the case just toss it and fill another one and let it set for about 5 min for the wadding can get good and soaked..

That is sound advice. You may have a bad cartomizer or you could have burned the filler material. Either way, you should bust out another carto and give it a try.

Yup, either it's a bad car to or certain liquids will burn if you use too low a resistance.

After filling a new cartomizer, let it set for at least 15 minutes before using it, to make sure the coil gets damp.

try refilling whatever you were vaping with before and see if it taste like the original. Sometimes the change in format = a change in flavor.

For instance, my daily is so tasty on a e2, but burns on the same ohm atty (2.5)

I filled up a different brand of carto and let it sit like someone suggested with no luck. Still tastes "funky" its like a mix between burnt and nutty flavored..Im not exactly sure what the deal is.

I guess Ill just have to wait and see if it gets better, even though I'm pretty sure its not going to..There are several recent reviews on the MV website for this juice complaining about the same thing..Must be a bad batch going around.

Ohh I also vaped it for a good 30 minutes straight hoping it would get better..It did not, I finally had to put it down because of the taste.

What type of carto are you using? Does the carto give you a good amount of vaper when you use it? If its a carto that has the filler material in it like a 510 Boge, you might try to overfill it let it set and blow it out to get the excess fluid out and try again. Shake the bottle real good before you use it. If you don't completely fill a new carto with juice even a new one will burn quickly. Also might try to over fill it with a good juice you have and blow it out and refill again, or just add a good e-liquid to it and just vape it and add some more good juice again and see if it improves, this will how ever waste juice and I hate to do that.

Which fill method are you using? And when you take the cap off the carto does it look saturated? Try dripping a few drops into the bottom hole on the battery side of the carto. Remember the coil is usually towards the bottom and the top may look filled but the by the coil may not be saturated enough. I use the condom fill method, best is to do it really slow from the battery end into the condom - not so its shooting out the airhole so that it absorbs from the bottom up

Im using the mega dual coil cartos, 2 different brands. I've tried several things to try and make this juice taste better, but nothing is working. The juice is either bad or needs to steep for a couple weeks.

Sorry your juice is not working for you. I know sometimes if the carto is over filled, it doesn't vape right and I have to blow some of the juice out, to get rid of some of it, then it works better, it seems like under filled a little is better than overfilled . Hope your juice isn't a dud because you bought so much.

I tried everything..but the vendor wrote me back and said I ordered the wrong juice. He said the sample in my kit was Dekangs "USA Mix" but the bottle clearly says "Red USA Mix" so thats what I ordered. I guess the red mix has a stronger and different taste.. So i guess its my fault?

SOLVED:

They finally contacted me and told me the sample from my starter kit was from a different juice manufacturer then the 50ml bottle of Dekang I bought..but they both have the same exact name.........
