Mt Baker Vapor - inexpensive (as opposed to cheap), lightning fast delivery and amazing customer service. Blue Moo, Cola, cinnamon roll, Moo juice...never gotten anything there that wasn't at least good and several that are amazing. I'd suggest always adding at least 2 flavor shots if you like strong flavor. I usually get 50/50 and 12mgs.

I agree^^^^^ I have also tried their Cinnamon Roll and Moo juice and they are 2 of my favorites. Any order over $15 will get you a free 15ml sample bottle as well.

I haven't tried many e-juices yet because the good stuff I've found so far (at least in other peoples opinions) has to be paid with Creditcard. I only have PayPal so I can't buy them
With this requirement I found 1 vapable taste of Liqua (no offence, but the rest is junk in my opinion) and that's Turkish Tobacco. I've tried some Ego Green from the local store here and although it says Tobacco flavor on the box I only taste vanilla..

If you don't have a credit card you might try looking into buying a prepaid credit card if they have them in your country, they work just like a regular credit card, you just put money on them when you want to use them.
