Dang! I've thought about trying it with a dremel cutting wheel. Any pointers in hindsight?

Make sure you have 2-3 boards and wear a face mask. The dust gets everywhere, and go slow. Cut a little large and then sand down the edges at an angle and just keep trying it on a Reo, then sanding, try it again, sand some more, and don't even try to get the squonk hole looking nice with the cutting wheel. I ended up just cutting a rough hole and using a hand file on it to get it looking as good as it. Ruined one by trying to get the squonk hole all perfect looking with the dremel and screwed up a second by trying to cut the bottom too quickly. Slipped and ended up with a gouge from the bottom almost to the squonk hole.

That's about it. It's not perfect, but it turned out better than I had hoped, and I'm glad I started on a board that didn't look as nice. This one was the one I wanted because the lines in the circuit board look like they are all headed to the bottle.

DIY with a cutting wheel on my dremel and a whole bunch of probably toxic dust.

Came out pretty good if I do say so myself. I was actually quite surprised.

PCBs are phenolic, and so you DEFINITELY do not want to breathe that dust. In fact, in a home setting, I wouldn't recommend grinding / cutting / sanding it indoors whatsoever. Take it outside, and wear a mask.

Looks great!

Where are you getting those buttons? I would love to add a couple of those to my Grands.
