Where did you get the boards to make this? Ive looked everywhere? I really want a door like this since my copper door is now (almost) black! I didnt see the thread about sealing the door when I bought it...

Maybe comission a door?

You can buy new doors from Rob. I'm just a guy with a dremel. Not even a good one. It took me 3 tries to make a door that didn't look like pooh and that fit. I'm so not the guy to try and commission a door from. This was a total DIY hack job. Ruining 2 boards just to actually get a working 3rd isn't a good business model lol. besides I'd have to charge like $80+ to make it worth my time and I personally would not pay more than like $40 on a "custom" door unless it was like a detailed painting on the door by a talented artist. Not some guy hacking a used circuit board apart.
