E-liquid after the proposed UK ban?

Hi there, guys. I've been a lurker for a few days, had a quick question because there doesn't seem to be any answers to this...

I think I could be sensitive to PG liquid and I'm currently looking around at VG based liquids instead, preferably before my rechargable e-cigarette arrives. Well, I found out today that HM Government has decided in it's infinite wisdom to ban the sale of e-liquids and cartridges in the UK on June 21st, pending further review (or something along those lines). I really don't want to go back to my roll ups, so I was wondering... how would one go about ordering VG based liquids from abroad?

I've read that Chinese liquids can be okay, there's the safety issue but it can't be any worse than smoking tobacco (can it?). Perhaps there's a manufacturer in the R.O.I that can ship liquids to the UK that I don't know about. I've tried googling and there are plenty of shops in Ireland selling e-liquid, although they seem to be manufactured in the UK, meaning they'll probably stop selling them.

I would stock up on VG fluids but cash is a little short this month.

By the way, this seems to be a really nice place. Hopefully you won't mind me coming in here and asking a few questions that are probably quite obvious to you

Welcome! The possibility of bans on e-cigarette supplies seems to be springing up everywhere.
VG liquid can still be purchased at a number of US based shops, including DIYflavorshack, juicyliquid, and many more. I do not use VG, but I am sure more members will be along shortly who can expand on the list. Good luck!

I'll give those stores a look tomorrow. I was thinking that perhaps US liquids would be the only option from the 21st, which is something of a pain in the side; anything from the US usually carries high postage costs in my experience. Can't be more expensive than tobacco, though.

yes its going to be such a pain if they do im going to start looking round see where can get it from if it is banded i get mine from Liberty Flights and they sell in us i sent email asking if it was banded if i could order from there us sight but got no answer they mite not be allowed to answer that i mix my own so would just need nicotine as i use glycerine i buy from boots if i find anywhere and it does happen i will let you know

As for those Chinese liquids, you could try Ecis. They claim to be the UK outlet for Boge/Dekang.

Ecis look quite good. I'll have to give them a go... fluids seem relatively inexpensive. I'll wait until I get my rechargable to give it a go.

rhoobarb, I ordered a small bottle of liquid off the site you mentioned in your post. Looks pretty legit - if they would ship internationally from their US site I'll definitely check them out.

I hope that after all this testing and thinking happens, that all of these governments people will keep their paws off and let people be. They KNOW how deadly cigarettes are and they are not banning the sale of any of those... why interfere with something they Know is safer?
