E liquid concentrate question

Should you let your e juice concentrate steep just like your juice after its made? I starting diy not too long ago and wasn't sure if I should let all my flavors steep before mixing ejuice.

Any help/advice Is much appreciated.

No it is not necessary nor is there an advantage.
