Can anyone suggest an e-liquid for someone that smokes a pack of Carlton Menthol a day? They are only 2mg nicotine per pack (.1/cig). All the menthols I tried are too minty, and I really want to quit. Do I get 0 nicotine and 6 nicotine and mix them together? Thanks in advance for your help.

There are lots of menthols out there, I know because I've tried a bunch. Most are a little over the top for me.
I've had the best luck when I read the descriptions online and looking for those that just say "menthol" with little or no added descriptions. This usually means they are just standard menthol with no added flavors like peppermint.
I've also found that I needed to order a little higher nicotine percentage than I originally figured. Not exactly sure why, just turned out that way I guess. Then I added a few drops of other flavors like watermelon or peach as I was filling my normal menthol cartos. Turned out to be a pleasant surprise. Hope this helps.

You really can't go by how much nicotine is in cigarettes and compare it to juice.
Backwood Brew makes a good tobacco menthol. Unfortunately his site is closed at this time.
