I just realized why I didnt find them impressive - doesnt say whether their juice is PG, VG, or a mix. Secondly... $20.00 for 30mL. Too rich for my blood.
All of their tobacco flavors tasted like ginger to me.

Many Halo tobacco flavors taste like ginger to me.
And many FreedomSmokeUSA tobacco flavors taste like jalapeno to me.
I guess it is what it is, at least where my taste buds are concerned.
Ack! I can't imagine! If ave stopped carrying BB or GJ I would have to shave my head, move to Tibet and become a monk or something! 8-o
I think their 100% VG juices are not thick at all when compared to a lot of other's. I have used a syringe and droppers to fill before (and all of their bottles have drip tips and the juice flows nicely from them) with no more resistance than any PG base I have ever used before. Maybe some other poster's could back me up on this comparison (I think Porphy may have Keebler Elves making his juice lol!)? The 'PG' juices that ave carry is still only 10/90 PG VG ratio.
I use a KR808-D PV as my main (the Volt by Smokeless Image), and with one ave juice in particular (a 90/10 ratio) I have been using the same carto now for about 3 weeks and it is still going strong (vaping it as I post this haha).

Do you have any advice on the the menthol issue? I vape it at night, and my wife vapes it as her ONLY vape. So I need a good 555 as well as a good menthol.

Sadly, I have yet to try ave's 555 blend (I got insta-hooked on Boba's Bounty and Gorilla Juice for their tobacco blends), but I have read some great reviews on it. I can't remember where it was that a post I once read, but the poster had done reviews on all of ave's tobacco flavors. All I can really remember was the end of the reviews where he said "Alien Visions just can't seem to make a bad tobacco flavor, period!". In my own experiences on only two of their tobacco flavors, I was instantly hooked from the first vape! I just placed a new juice order from ave Monday, so on my next order I think I will order a sample bottle of the 555 and give it a shot myself.

OK, I think Im gonna order from ave... a sampler of Boba's and 555. For 9 bucks + shipping, it isnt too bad. Thanks agaon for your help. I'll continue on in my search for a menthol.
Never smoked Newports. And I too used to hate menthol. Its a long story, but suffice it to say, by the time I had found e-cigs, I was smoking Marlboro menthol Ultra Lights. And my wife had always smoked them. I just like relaxing in bed with the minty menthol taste. The 555 doesnt taste too good with toothpaste

Just placed an order for a sample of Boba's and 555.... how long do they usually take to deliver?

I discovered that Vapersetc had VG Menthol. I saw them being recommended in another thread on here. They are also local, so that was a bonus. Turns out they are only 15 mins away from me! So order placed with them, to include some of their VG/PG mix 555.

Ave's shipping is super quick.. they always mail it the day after and in 3 days tops, sometimes 2 days I have ma juice..
