What do you all do to refill standard 30ml bottles? I want to do many at once, fast and hassle free. The main issue is i use heavy VG juice. Needles dont work so well, because of the thickness of the juice. I use a Pipette 25ml tube to measure and refill with. Problem is the bottles I refill create a seal at the neck from how thick the juice is and it goes all over my table, or I force the tube hard on the bottle and force it in(but this is a hassle and I have to deal with the bottle pressure).

So how do you all refill 30ml bottles with heavy very thick VG juice? I am looking for ideas to make this easier and less a pain in my rear.... I've consider funnels, but I don't see none that would fit the bill and would hold their own without my help. Considered bigger mouth bottles, but my bottle needs to have a needle or unicorn tip to refill my devices.

So any ideas or recommendations, would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for taking your time to read this and also thank you if you give me a response. I am open to use any bottle that has a tip/needle/unicorn top.

What my juice consists of. I buy dekang portal 11ml. Then I buy 100% VG with 6mg nicotine. I mix the 2 in a 30ml bottle, 20ml=VG 10ml=dekang, and 8drops of tobacco extract. I use a 250ml big mouth bottle for big batch, then use a pipette to refill 30ml standard bottles from the 250ml bottle.

Warming thick juice either carefully in a microwave or in a hot (NOT boiling) water bath will substantially thin the liquid temporarily, making it much easier to work with.

Transferring juice w/a syringe works great but there are times and situations where drawing the liquid up with a syringe won't work all that well- like when the bottle depth prevents the syringe/needle from reaching the juice. A couple options:
  • Add a length of silicone tubing that's a tight fit, onto the syringe needle to act as an extension to reach the bottom of the container.
  • Remove the syringe plunger and pour the juice from one bottle into the syringe for transfer into another bottle. The bigger the syringe, the better.
  • My 'go-to' solution: Use a kitchen baster as a make-do funnel. Remove the bulb and insert the small end into the bottle receiving the juice (most basters will be just right to fit the small openings on 15/30/50 ml plastic bottles). A larger funnel can be inserted into the big end of the baster if need be- just be sure not to overfill the bottle- the baster/funnel combo can hold a lot!
  • For smaller jobs I use little clear plastic funnels I bought on eBay 10pcs Plastic Mini Clear Funnels for Perfume Essential Oils Liquid Emulsion TW | eBay, cost was $1.45 for 10, delivered to my mailbox. For reference, the bottle below is 50ml

I stumbled upon a 60ml feeding syringe in a pharmacy. It works great. Like posted above, I can cap the tip and pour the liquid in it. Then put the plunger in to dispense. I mostly use that when cutting my 100mg base.
Otherwise, I have 2 120ml squeeze bottles, 1 nic, 1 PG, that I can pour into and then squeeze into my smaller bottles to mix as needed.
