I want to try stuff out without committing. Any suggestions on online e-juice retailers that have good sample packs for sale?

Google for a company called smoke rainbow. They're only focusing on sample packs from allover the world.
If I'm not mistaken they're located in Poland (somewhere around there). I've had good experiences with them so far.

Try Pink Spot. They have a lot of highly acclaimed flavors and they offer a 6 bottle sample pack for about 30 bucks. They do charge a 5.95 flat shipping rate but it is 2-day prioirity mail and they're located in Las Vegas. They will also make the juices you want to whatever VG/PG blend you desire. Plus if you order regular sized bottles individually they will always send you a tiny sample of any other flavor for free upon your request.
Of the flavors I've tried, I recommend Gummi Bear, Riptide (blue raspberry & menthol), Black Mamba (blackberry citrus), Banana Nut Bread, and Watermelon Wave. They have tons of other flavors and they taste great, especially since you can have your preferred pg/vg ratio.

SNG vapor has some good ones I believe they are $25 for 7 12ml bottles. Also I just ordered one from Moon Mountain Vapor, they let you pick your own flavors and it's $29.99
Lots of vendors do samples. Off the top of my head I can think of Good Life, The Vapor Room, Vapor Chef, Vapetrik, ECBlends, . I've ordered from eliguidsamples before and one of my top vendors came from trying it there. Several others don't have a "pack," but you can get the smallest bottle of any of their juice for a decent price. I started as a big juice chaser and in hindsight I would say stick to samples almost exclusively for a while. I have way too many big bottles in my do not like pile and really only order from 5 to 7 vendors now.
