that's nice....how big/small are those bottles?

It's hard to guage by the display picture. From the description: Each row measures W 15.25" x H 1.75" x L 1.50". I just measured the bottom width of a 30ml bottle, it was just under 1.25" wide. That would fit easily, dunno about larger size eliquids, I don't have any yet.

i took about a 1 foot landscape timber and took some spade bits that were slightly larger than my mods and cored the holes out then took a dremmel to the holes i made hor the mod then painted it and sealed it works great for me but im also cheap like that and had the stuff laying around
That is not being cheap... It's being thrifty...
I chose a more rustic look for mine.

I've been thinking of hitting up junk stores and Salvation Army and consignment stores for some older spice racks. Also, there's all kinds of pipe racks out there, look in cigar stores or pipe store websites. I'm an artist, there's a wealth of brush and art tool holders at art supply stores like Michaels, and unfinished wood boxes and things for the crafters that could work quite well. If you have a little bit of a budget, there's always Tap Plastic who can fabricate and drill some acrylic for you. I've seen a few things in office supply sites too - you know those round pen/pencil holders, that also have places for post-it notes? That could work quiet well, too. Like this:
