yep there sure is such a thing as over hydration, and suprisingly it has he same symptoms as dehydration mostly. Its basically diluting the amount of electrolytes your body needs to function properly.
My issue was that I was going to the bathroom, on average, 2 times a day. Then I threw a bunch of vaping on top and that's how my troubles started. Amazingly enough, I even feel clearer now that I am drinking more water. My goal this week is to cut out all sodas and juices (all I drink are sugar free, but sweetners I hear dehydrate even worse than sugary drinks) and drink water only.
aye i definitely feel better already from increasing water in take.
strange how smoking makes you believe there's no point in being healthy in other aspects as smoking will mean you'll end up with cancer and die anyway
