E Liquid Vendors (suggestion in light of looming ban)

Hey Vendors of e-liquids

With FDA's crazy legislation that is in progress I would like to suggest that you make available to the public just the flavoring part of your recipe's (i.e. no nicotine, no VG and no PG added). Sell it to us in the same bottles with the same artwork etc. We should be able to add our own VG, PG and Nicotine mix to tailor our needs. Surely selling just the flavor mix would not contravene any tobacco laws.

Anyway, just a suggestion because I would hate to loose the massive choices available to us vapors.

This is a great idea but I think it falls under their deeming regulations as "intended use". It's stupid I know... but it's in there.

Who knows how strict they'll really be. It would be nice to think there's some answer to all of this. I just keep stocking up Nic, PG, VG, and gear. If we can buy vendor specific flavors I'd be all over Nicoticket's Wakonda!

I think we need to sell this type of product off the Internet, and NOT advertise it as to be used for vaping...maybe cooking supplies, which I would think is what is going to keep flavor businesses open.

I think we need to sell this type of product off the Internet, and NOT advertise it as to be used for vaping...maybe cooking supplies, which I would think is what is going to keep flavor businesses open.

Thanks. Yeah I agree. When this FDA thing hits the fan I think some of us will have enough to be able to sale it at a descent price. We will have to figure out a full proof way of "not getting caught!"

I have 5 gallons of 100mg nic right now... I just ordered another gallon too. I bought a huge freezer over a year ago just for nic. It's full of small glass bottles of nic. I'm thinking of ordering another large freezer. I have PG and VG that needs freezing too. A dozen gallons of each so far.

Hey Elizabeth, five gallons should be good for a while.

What I think is unfair is that cigarettes are not being subjected to the same tests as the proposed regulations.
