Just wondering why Hangsen concentrates from Vaping Zone are so much weaker than those offered by EcigXpress. I have tried them both, and there is no comparison.... Others have had similar results to mine.
To clear matters up, you purchased Hangsen Flavoring for DIY and not e-liquid.
Hangsen flavoring has a shelf life of 24 months (2 years). We did not even start selling Hangsen flavoring until approximately a year ago. We receive a new shipment every two to three months, so our flavoring does not stay on the shelf for longer than that.
Our last order was August 2013 and we currently have an order on the way to us now.
I use this flavoring in my e-liquid line and have local customers and employees that use this flavor and we have had no complaints.
This product was purchased for DIY. There is no way we can guarantee that you are mixing your e-liquid correctly. Taste is subjective, period. Therefore, it is industry standard that DIY flavoring has no warranty, replacement, returns or refunds.

I don't know where else to post this, so I'll post it here.
I had the opportunity to try VapingZone today. The short story is that I live in a small SC town, and have ordered my supplies from another vendor for years. Anyways my shipment of juice was delayed with the holidays and such, so I found myself completely out. So just on a whim, I thought I would do a search for an e-cig store in Columbia, SC which is about a 20 minute drive from where I work.
Lo and behold, there was VapingZone!!
So I browsed the site for a few minutes, then took the drive over to the store. I then walked right up to the juice station, and gave the lovely young ladies there my request. My order was mixed right in front of me and placed in my hand within a minute or so. Now I will say that the juice flavor isn't exactly what I was hoping for, but it will certainly work and it beats the heck out of having no juice.
Anyways I gave the site information to a co-worker who smokes, and he promptly placed a large order and will be trying out his first e-cig tonight. I expect that you folks will see more business from me in the near future.

Anyways my shipment of juice was delayed with the holidays and such, so I found myself completely out.
