I haven't shopped around tons but the largest I know of is ITCVapes | Gourmet e-Juice Priced Affordably with 240 ml bottles. You'd probably have to hunt for a wholesaler.

I would imagine you could ask any of the usual vendors for a quantity order and pricing. Are you repackaging or plan to just vape the hell out of it?

With that kind of volume you're likely better off buying liters of unflavored and
