Research varies on the safety of vaping but, I personally would say it's a good deal less harmful than smoking. At the very least no burning tobacco so, no tar in vaping and, that's got to be better.

6mg is not that high, I think of 12 to 18 mg as a full flavored cigarette and 6 to 8 as a light, 3-4 is ultra light.

Hi guys.. im not a new vapor, been vaping for 2 months, and i have 2 question.

Is 6mg of nicotine alot? Is it consider as a regular cigarette?

And does 6mg nicotine effect ur lungs as much as cigarette does?
Actually with ecigs most of the nicotine is absorbed through the mouth, nose and throat. Very little reaches the lungs.

So will it do anything to my stamina? If it does, planning to take 0mg or even stop. Cheers bro (honesty is needed)
Not exactly sure of what you mean? I was a heavy cigarette smoker for a very long time. Ecigs gave me improved health, better breathing, more energy, better skin and hair. And I was able to smell and taste again.
So since you have been vaping for 2 months, do you felt better? Or are you still smoking? If my answer still needs more clarification, then you may need to restate what it is exactly you are asking for.

Honesty is always the best policy. Frankly, as its no consequence to me, would you think I would lie about this? Seriously?
Btw, not a bro.

Not offended, but was a little confused as to why you put that in there. Now that you explained it, I guess it can make sense. Its just not the way I roll, I guess.
