I am a newbie, having given up 38 year sof smoking 33 dyas ago. I started with an E-Lites starter pack, which was sufficient to divert my attention from smoking, but the strength was insufficient to keep me loyal to the brand. I soon found Vapourlites, which are significantly cheaper and availalbe in differing strengths.

Whilst I fully understand the reasons why the majority wish to refill, I would like to support the lookalike e-cig for the following reasons :

1) E-Lites succeeded in helping give up after three and a half decades, and therefore deserve a massive amount of credit.

2) The variable strengths of Vapourlites not only allow you to cut down in the future, if you wish, but i found using a 16mg tip instead of an 11mg tip allowed me to take slighlty smaller puffs and means one cartomiser will just about last me 2 days. at £9 for 5 replacements, this equates to 90p per day. I know refills are a lot chepaer, but Im happy to pay 90p per day.

3) Vapourlites are so easy to use, with no fuss. Spare batteries and cartomisers in my pocket, I simply swap them over as and when they run out. It really could not be simpler, so for people with busy lives, and are looking for a simple replacement to normal cigarettes, I cannot recommend these highly enough.

4) There are a couple of shops within 3 miles of where i live that sell Vapourlites, so replacements are easy to pick up when I am out and about.

5) I have had no spills, mishaps, poor batteries or the like, but i might just be lucky ?

I fully accept my knowledge is very limited, but have found something that works for me, and wanted to share my good news. If anyone knows of a readily available alternative, that has additional benefits, I would be interested to hear.

Thanks to all the previous posters who helped me give up and choose vaping.

Welcome , but not really up on what's available in your neck of the woods . But if what you have , keeps you off the analogs , and it's available close by . I think your doing OK , to keep doing , what you have been . When you get a chance , you can check out Liberty Flights UK , and see what they may have to peak your interest .

It's unfortunate e-lites are so ...., because the marketing and packaging is top notch. The cigarette box with the USB charger is great, but that's it. I had same experience and credit e-lites with actually getting to stop smoking. I very nearly went back to analogs though because they are so ..... I went with v2 cigs and yes they are better (loving the liqumax blanks) but can't totally recommend them as there are better e cig with tanks/clearomizer out there. There Are shops popping up where you can try before you buy. That's where you wanna head. There's a shop by me, Cardiff, that offers this and went in and tried their products and will be getting a kit. Just wished I'd done that first time round. £50 completely wasted on e-lites. Or was it? Because I stopped smoking with them!?

E-Lites helped me to quit smoking. I bought some, they were rubbish and inconceivably expensive, so I found something else.

I don't care how many look-a-likes make it onto the market and people buy, BUT, I completely regret the existence of E-Lites on the grounds that they charge close to double everybody else and they can't produce 40 cigarettes worth of Nicotine or Vaping. Anybody that suggests otherwise and writes such a thing on the internet might well have their review followed up by a patronising comment about "not using the product as per the instructions" or they "would like to make you aware of our reward scheme where you can obtain free E-Tips for returning your used ones. You can find out more information by emailing the team at ...."

In my case, E-Lites also pressurised a top "independent" review site to email me and harass me into removing my comments.

If you can stay off tobacco for 90p a day using Vapourlites, that is excellent news. As E-Lites charge £3.99 and that is what most users end up spending when they could be doing it for 50% or even 75% less, I don't think anybody should give the impression they are a worthy product.

E-lites are almost dangerous, because it could make poeple who try them go back to analog fags ( real cigarettes ), thinking that e cigs are as bad as these.

Yes, sadly I meet lots of people who have tried various look-a-like e-cigs who have given it a go for a few days and then just given up, describing them as poor or pathetic or unsatisfying or whatever, but mostly people who smoke proper fags (not super-light 0.2mg cigarettes) won't be able to curb their nicotine addiction spreading the 1ml of e-liquid in a cartomiser/refill over "40" vapes.
1ml of 24mg e-liquid contains 24mg of nicotine. Not all that can be absorbed vaping either....
40 proper (not lights) cigarettes will contain somewhere around 40mg of nicotine. So, if you swap your fags for a mini look-a-like e-cig, you'll be craving a real ... in no time....probably under half a day.

All the mini e-cigs on the market all promise to save you money compared to smoking. Well, they can do that, but you've got to stop smoking first and this isn't going to happen very easily trying to stretch a cartomiser to 40 vaping sessions.
