I bought a new e-power about a week ago. It arrived and I charged the two batteries maybe twice each.

Now I cannot get the thing to charge at all. I contacted my vendor and I was told to "jiggle" it. This worked once, but I cannot get it to work anymore.

The charger is quite a joke if you ask me. It looks like a pez dispenser (it's spring loaded) and you can't get the terminals to meet up with the metal contacts.

Is there some other way or some other type of sturdier charger I can buy to charge these batteries? Please help! The vendor is being pretty obstinate about not replacing this charger and I'm not too sure a replacement would even be worth my time. It's the flimsiest battery charger I've ever seen.

I had a similar problem with my Epower charger. I have since replaced it with a better charger from Madvapes. In the mean time, try bending the contact on the spring loaded side toward the battery just a little. I was advised to do that and it did work. Apparently the contact was not lined up with the negative pole well enough to charge. Very cheap charger, but it did work until I could replace it with a reliable one. Hope it works for you. I really like my Epower except for the charger problem. Good Luck.
