I ordered my first e-vaporizer from Phil at e-Smokey-Treats, a blue DSE901. I want to let you all know that Phil was great to work with. I had a small initial problem with my order and Phil resolved it immediately. After several weeks, one of my atomizers didn't work well, I emailed Phil, he responded within 48 hours and after sending back the atomizer, I had a replacement within 3 days.

Phil also talked to me on the phone 2 times when I initially ordered and took all the time needed to answer my questions and provide advice.

Phil was great to deal with. I placed an order but due to my error it didn't go through. I emailed Phil and he called me that day. He was very helpful and even waited on the phone while I went online to make sure my CC wasn't charged. He answered all my questions and assured me that he had what I needed in stock. I went back on the site and placed my order and it shipped out the next day. very good customer service.

I ordered from Phil two times, great shipping and good prices, but...
the coffee does not agree with me...I really thought it had no coffee taste and tasted funny, not a bad taste, but not a coffee taste. I did like puresmokers coffee. The apple from e-smokey was great.

Hi, thinking of buying these as a first timer, actually as a gift for my BF. I have no idea if he's going to like them, he's apprehensive (but he tends to like things once I convince him to TRY it).

I wanted to know if anyone has had any experience with returns? I like the idea of being able to return the kit within 14 days if my BF really doesn't like it.

Seems like Phil gets good reviews for everything, just can't seem to find any return info (I guess no one ever returns anything!)

oh man looks like Phil dont have the 6 month replacement warranty anymore. His prices and shipping were higher then others but that warranty made it worth it. oh well guess good service is valuable too

From Phils' Warranty page:

"We also guarantee our Starter Kits and replacement parts for 3 months against defects. If any part fails we will swap it out without any hassles!"

Yeah...not 6 months anymore, but 3 months is still the best warranty out there as far as I know. Pretty sweet.

If anyone knows of a better warranty please inform us.

Lifetime warranty on atomizers....

Now, that sounds just a little too good to be true. Anyone have any experience with this company?

"lifetime" is contextual...and it doesn't mean OUR lifetime.

Most things with a "lifetime" warranty are warranted until such point as the manufacturer / distributor decides it has outlived its "life cycle".

That term, in this case, could mean 8 weeks.
