Im sorry to say but its true, I have ordered from the a couple times, they sent me a doa atomizer. Im thinking ok ill contact them, and a good company like this should be able to help me out, well after many emails I finally went down to the post office bought and envelope and the stamps sent it out. They sent me an email saying it works fine I PROMISE YOU IT DONT so they send it back a useless atomizer. I have tried everything I can to get it to work and Im not a rookie!

They refuse to give me the part that I have already paid for and I cant get a hold of Phill to tell him, the other workers are useless

A dead atomizer is not the end of the world or nothing, its just the princeable of standing behind your products and following up on what you say you do, and even in there customer testimonals they sound real good, bunch of bs cause you cant even post a comment there

Please dont buy from them!

That's odd.
I've been dealing with them almost every week for the past 7 weeks and they've been great with my problems.

(it's been a hardware issue; they don't make the items, so that's really not their fault & their customer service has been great....)

Sorry you've been having problems. Could just be a karma thing between the two of you.....

Well, I had good customer service from Phil, or think I would have. What happened to me is not his fault, but a lesson for others.......

I bought a red 801 from Phil, the battery went south & quit me. he gave me address to send it back, I did. I was not thesharpest knife in the drawer. I wrapped it in a couple small round of bubble wrap & threw it in a padded envelope. Dropped it off, they weighed it, I paid, since it was already sealed they ask me what it was, I said "A battery". He marked it......

3 days later, I got a mail from the US postal inspector, batteries are a prohibited item according to them. They have it, threw it away, never to be seen again. Heck according to this article they referred me to about anything could be classified as prohibited, nail polish?????? nail glue? perfume I get off ebay sometimes? Good grief. Lesson learned, box it up & never tell them a battery is in the package.

Jugg, I have dealt with esmokey treats several times and they have been superior in shipping, response time and correcting an incomplete order. I don't think that after one experience you should tell others not to purchase from this vendor. I know it is hard to step back and take a deep breathe sometimes but calling 'BS' is pretty hard to retract, especially when Phil comes on takes care of you lickity split. If you are not using Phil as a supplier anymore because his workers are "useless" that will mean that my orders will go out even faster cause he won't have to deal with flaming like this.

Just curious How did I handle this poorly?

Just seemed like a bit of a hissy fit that could've been resolved between you and the supplier.

Actually I asked that the post not be deleted.. In my experience deleting a post is often more harmful than keeping it up.. Especially since we were able to resolve the issue.

Phil

That makes good business sense.

Yep! Check out all the earlier hate posts in my sub-forum! I admit it though - it was my own fault for not handling my stock situation correctly. But honestly, all of us sellers are human and a lot of us are working alone or with a couple other people. Mistakes are bound to happen!
