I was going to post this in the Eastmall forum but realized everyone there already knows how good their customer service is. I received an order with a couple of DOA atty's and a couple of Riva901's that had issues. I emailed them and was given credit for them and a local address to mail back the duds. It was quick and painless!
All in all the majority of the suppliers I have dealt with in my short time vaping have all been wonderful. The few that weren't I just don't deal with anymore. The ones I will give praises to are Strictly ejuice, DIY Shack, My Freedom Smokes, T's, Velvet Vapors, and last but certainly not least Ken's Box mods. All these folks have gone beyond what was necessary and I just want to say Thanks!
