Anyone else having problems with eastmall? I ordered 500 bottles from them Aug 5, I've been trying to just get a stratus update from them starting the 8th. Just now I get an email saying that Eastmall got a message from EMS and they said they do not ship to my country (USA), and that only DHL will shop but it cost a lot. Shouldn't they have known this, being in business as long as they have? Next she says well your order is only 45.00 and using DHL will cost them 53.70, first off my order came out to 117.00 not 45.00 so I don't know where they got that figure from, second is it the customers fault that the company I ordered from messed up on the shipping? So in the email it says its better if we just refund your money, what is your Paypal email? Am I wrong for saying not I don't want my money please send me my order? I trusted this transaction from the positive feedback from this forum...

Well here's the update after 10+ emails back and fourth. Who ever pulled up the order ticket got it wrong and was replying to my questions look at the wrong order. They say everything is good to go and will ship shortly due to them waiting to have the stock that I ordered. Hopefully this is true, I will keep everyone posted.
