Eastmall Order Confirmation

Hi Guys,
just a little reminder --

when you order, make sure you allow the popup window

so it can jump out to go to paypal,

then after you pay- wait for the confirmation screen from paypal,

then you can go out and back to where ever you want to go-------

please allow this time for the Paypal confirmation screen -
this is what makes the connection to the Eastmall confirm
on your order and payment ---

after this is done, -- after about 30 minutes or so ----

you should receive a confirmation of your order from Eastmall.

If you get no confirmation from Eastmall, --
please wait a couple of hours,
then go to your account and check there for your confirmation.

Di, i got my tracking on 31 Aug but still no info on the tracking number. Could it be a wrong tracking number? Coz i got 2 confirmation email. The first tracking number got an extra digit. Or maybe i should wait somemore. Maybe the parcel will be here tomorrow before i can track it.

I've been having trouble ordering.....tried five times this weekend and no pay pal screen shows up.....you're all probably wondering why I have all these outstanding orders for the same things....

This is NOT a problem for me. But this conversation made me curious about my recent order with Eastmall.

I ordered late Sunday evening.
Paypal confirms payment was made to Eastmall.
According to Paypal, my payment went to Support@eastmall.net

I had no problem paying. It went to paypal, I paid, I received confirmation from Paypal.
Is that support@eastmall.net the correct address or is my payment setting in cyberspace?

Have not received confirmation of order.
Have not received any email from Eastmall regarding this order.

Website says "Dispatched"
What does Dispatched mean?

yes that is correct email addy


and if you leave paypal payment place too quick-
it does not send confirm to eastmall for a while after
so it is slow to confirm

you should check your account after a hour .

Where would I find that tracking number?

I thought dispatched might mean that it had been transferred from the order department to the warehouse (or something like that) I am thrilled to find out that dispatched means SENT.

Hi Di - It's me again ! WoW - our order is at customs already.

Where do I get my USPS tracking number? Where do I find that?

I still have not received ONE single email from Eastmall regarding this order. Not thank you. Not shipped. Not tracking info...nothing. I am NOT COMPLAINING. However, when I ordered before the website attack, I received several communications as order was received, shipped, tracking info etc.

I mention this because maybe something is still not quite right in the new website. Maybe Eastmall/customer communication is not functioning the way it is supposed to. Just thinking out loud here and giving you a heads up. Please pass this info along to David when you talk with him. And give him a BIG HELLO from me, ok? ok.

Tracking numer is under My Account/Orders. Your tracking numer is under EMS ID, last column. Looks like eexxxxxxxxxxcn

Only one tracking number for each order which works for both EMS and US Postal Service. Use at USPS website to track locally in the US.

It helps and IT WORKS. Yahooo...... my order left customs and is on it's way to my house. Should get it on Saturday IF all goes well (I think)
