If it lists a mg level then it does. I never bought from Eastmall. Re the customs, try asking the the Canada forum of ECF. You can find it on the front page - scroll down to National Forums
All the eastmall I have gotten was labeled with the mg amount on the bottle. Mine had nic in it.
Yeah, as far as I can tell Eastmall is not based in Canada. All of their stuff contains nicotine. Which means it won't make it past customs if your package gets checked. 
yes their liquids contain nicotine not sure if they offer nic free liquids at all.....
I ordered some stuff from eastmall. The juice I got from them contains nicotine, they are in china. Shipping is $17 no matter how much you order, so you need to order enough stuff to make it worth it. Btw it is eastmall.net. I got a bunch of boge cartomizers for .80 a piece.
