I was a little skeptical about ordering from a new vendor with virtually no reviews to speak of. I decided to try them for the low price and hope for the best. I ordered 12mg 70/30 PG/VG mix with extra flavor Chocolate hazelnut tobacco. I am so far very pleased with this liquid.

The first day right out of the mail it tasted fantastic for the cocoa and hazelnut. It does not have a lot of tobacco taste as of yet but honestly that is fine. I use a Riva 1100Mah and have dripped this with a SR atty and used a DCC 1.6 ohm. The taste on the atty is stronger on the cocoa on the inhale and has a nice finish of hazelnut. On the DCC it is an even mix of cocoa and hazelnut on the inhale and much stronger hazelnut on the exhale. I prefer the higher resistance for my taste and for me it was a little overwhelming on the low resistance. Not a bad taste at all just a lot of it. The throat hit and vapor production is average to good. I am used to a higher mg though as I have recently cut back from 24mg to 12.

Flavor 10/10
Throat hit 7/10
Vapor 7/10

About the company. Excellent turn around time. Seems like very high quality. Terrific price. These guys have moved to near the top vendors for me!

I got a 5ml bottle of Chocolate Hazelnut Tobacco with my 2nd order from ECBlend, just to try out. Initially, I wasn't impressed, but I let it steep for a couple weeks and tried it again. I can't say for sure whether it had changed or I had changed, but something had definitely improved. It was pretty good. After vaping it on-and-off for a couple days now, I can say that I've been seduced for sure. Just tonight I ordered a 30ml bottle with extra tobacco flavor.

Unlike vanilla, chocolate is a very tough flavor to use well in an e-liquid. Obviously, chocolate is fantastic and even addictive as a food flavor, but too often it's unsatisfying as an ejuice flavor. The descriptions of chocolate juices all sound so wonderful---ooh, chocolate fudge brownie! (for example)---but the juices are usually disappointing. I have a cabinet full of chocolate and choco-blend juices that I vape only rarely, and even that occasional visit usually ends after only a few tokes by my remembering why I didn't like the juices much in the first place.

The chocolate vapes that work for me are juices that use chocolate as a subtle background tone, rather than an up-front center-stage flavors. Examples of the this subtle use of chocolate that I like a lot include Copper Creek House Blend, Prime Vaping Nostalgia, and Backwoods Brew Café Mocha. Now I can happily add ECBlend Chocolate Hazelnut Tobacco to that small club.

I haven't liked every single juice of the ten I've gotten from ECBlend so far (with five more on the way), but some are quite good. Of those I've liked less, the only one that really put me off was the Coffee. And even on that one, my choice of customizing options (strong coffee with double cream) may have been the wrong ones for my palate. (For an amazing coffee juice, try Copper Creek Coffee.)

I do appreciate that ECBlend uses their own custom recipes that are fresh-mixed and made-to-order, and---with the 20% of introductory special---their prices are too low to pass up.

dream,

So far, my favorites are the Chocolate Hazelnut Tobacco and Vanilla Butternut Tobacco. They won't break into my Personal Top 10 juices, and the jury is out so far as to their inclusion in my stable of daily vapes, but they're definitely good. Toasted marshmallow is nice. ECB Red Box is an OK dekang-Marlboro type, but not especially to my liking. Sweet and Mild is all right, but, for cigar vapes, you simply can't beat Managua and Tabak Especial from want2vape, or Black and Tan from Clouds of Vapor. ECB Peanut Butter Cup can't hold a candle to want2vape's version, and (as I wrote above) Copper Creek Coffee kicks ECB Coffee's ..... On the other hand, Chocolate Malt and Catalyn Cream are both decent vapes, while Caramel Cheesecake was passable, but nothing special.

I passed on the Perique Black (figured I wouldn't like the spiciness), but I just ordered 5ml bottles of Tobacco Blend, English Toffee Tobacco, Chocolate Vanilla 555, Cinnebacco, and 7 Leaf Blend. At these prices, I thought, why not try them?

Ordered Chocolate Hazelnut Tobac, Vanilla Butternut, Chocolate Vanilla 555, and Perique. Not bad for $12 including shipping. Thanks for your help, Bill! & thanks x-smok3 for the intriguing review
:vapor:

I didn't like the vanilla butternut, just not my thing. The Chocolate Vanilla 555 took a little steep time but turned out really pretty good. I am interested in the Perique so will try a sample bottle when I order again.

I also ordered the chocolate Hazelnut tobacco and a few other flavors most of them I gave away they were just too vague and light flavor wise for me.
I like to be able to tell by taste what I'm vaping and these just didn't do the trick.
I really liked the choco-hazelnut tobac and Orange Chocolate on first taste but there was just not enough flavor on the whole for me.

I just ordered my third bottle of Perique Black. The first one was a sample size. I then ordered 15ml to confirm that it would be the same as the first, because I have found that sometimes a reorder has not been the same as the first one. I have a 30ml order in the mail as I write. Also ordered a couple of new flavors as well. I like their take on Red Box also. The prices are really great, the options available also appeal to me and the service so far has been excellent.

Is that the reformulated Red box or the original? The original wasn't my favorite but I am curious about the remix from the description.
