EC Blends Steeping Question

Hello All,

Just ordered a bunch of 5ml flavors from EC Blends and from what I have read hear some flavors need steeping and others don't. Here is what I ordered:

RY 4 tobacco
Pina Colada
Butterscotch
Peach Cantaloupe
Apple Pie
Steven's Surprise
Fox Mocha Nut
Dragon's Apple
Dragon's Crown

Should I let them all steep? if so for how long?

ECB notes on their packing list which flavors will benefit from steeping(at least mine did). Rule of thumb suggests tobacco flavors need to be steeped, maybe a week or two? Fruity or sweet flavors not so much. Everyone has their preferences however.

I let my ECB RY4 steep for 2 months and while it did darken in color I can't say the flavor changed much. Their RY4 is just okay in my opinion. I can't comment on your other flavors.

FYI - I find ECB's Smoky Caramel tobacco to be pretty good.

Since you don't steep the way I, or somebody else would, steep them all, see if there's a couple of flavors you can vape while the rest is steeping. Shake them, and check them every couple of days. Soon you'll have a few more.

I keep steeping them just to see how the flavors develop. Or stop when you get a flavor you like. I haven't noticed any of them losing flavor. They do get darker.

Who knows? you might come up with something special.

I can't imagine 5ml samples benefit greatly from extended periods of steeping. A day or two with cap off with vigorous shaking (with cap on) periodically should be enough to give you an idea if you like the flavor enough to order a bigger bottle. The idea of steeping a week or two for an amount that can be vaped in a day seems a bit much.

Naturally, this is just my humble opinion.

Edit: The Dragon series may take a bit longer. Thats the nature of that line.

The Peach cantaloupe can be vaped right away. I vaped the Fox Mocha right away also, it was good.

The Dragon's series is fine a day or two after, but gains awesomeness the longer you let it sit. In 5ml samples, you won't have to wait long. Most of those other flavors outside the RY4 are probably safe to vape right away from what I've experienced.

I can confirm that the Peach Cantaloupe can be vapeable right out of the mail. Its a pretty awesome juice. Very strong throat hit which I like. 12mg 60/40 0 Xtra
