Just a shoutout to this vendor - I accidentally forgot that I was stepping down my nic levels from 18mg to 12 and a couple hours later, when going through my invoices for the day, noticed that out of my 3 orders with 3 different vendors, I placed 18 mg on some tasty juices from ec... a quick email and about 3 minutes later, had an updated invoice from them with 12mg nic on about 45 ml of juice. Boom taken care of... that's service with a quick reply, and appreciated.
