I tried ECblend for a 2nd time because there prices are so cheap. 30ml cost me 9.99 with shipping included with a coupon. I was looking for a new tobacco flavor and they had something called "Darkness". Its supposed to be a tobacco blend with hints of Chocolate and Coffee. Sounds good right? Completely unvapable.

It tastes nothing like the description. Its more like Burnt Popcorn and Burnt Coffee. I thought maybe it was my carto so I popped in a LR atty on an ego battery and it had the same flavor.

This is the 2nd juice I bought from them that was disappointing. The first was 7 leaf tobacco tasted just like liquorice.

Nothing against ECblend, they do the vaping world good because of their low prices. I could be just getting unlucky with bad batches or is it my tastes buds changing from quitting analogs?

18ml with a SR Catomizer and then in a LR Atty w/ an ego battery.

I am decidedly of two minds about ECBlend as a juice vendor.

On the one hand, I respect that these are hard-working folks who aim to please their customers, and I admire their resolve to offer lower-than-average prices made even better with the 10020 coupon code for an extra 20% off. That's a gift to the vaping community. Made-to-order juices at bargain basement prices is definitely a good thing.

ECBlend also offers an array of customizing options, as well as customer-created juices. Many people love having so many choices, although I think there's something to be said for vendors who simply make what they consider the best juices possible and offer very few customizing choices except nic content and bottle size. So that's a trade-off.

On the other hand, I regard ECBlends flavorist(s) not as "brilliant artisan juicemakers," but rather as more standard "juice mechanics." The very best of the new generation of alchemist juice wizards are using unique and hard-to-get flavorings, and sometimes making their own flavorings (HighbrowVapor is one of numerous examples of this kind of artistry, where home grown fruits are used to create one-of-a-kind natural flavor extracts). By contrast, whenever I vape juices I've bought from ECBlend (and I've purchased 19 bottles of their juice, although most have been 5ml samples), I get the distinct impression that they use completely standard, off-the-shelf flavorings (TPA, FA, Lorann, Capellas)---the same kind any vaper can buy---and that I could DIY most of their juices myself. What interests me these days are juices I can't replicate through DIY.

Three examples among many juices I'm more than happy to purchase are Boba's Bounty by AlienVisions, Kentucky Premium Blend from VermillionRiver, and Vita Bella from GoodEJuice. All three use vendor-extracted natural tobacco flavorings that I can't duplicate with any of my sizable stash of natural and synthetic tobacco flavorings. My best DIY efforts simply could not get close to the delicious and complex flavor profiles of those juices, so I keep a retail stock of all three on hand at all times.

My experience thus far with ECBlend has been that if I like one of their juices, I can probably DIY it using standard flavorings I have on hand. That's at least a little disappointing to me.

ECBlends' new All Natural and Organic line might change this, and I hope it does.

I have been vaping mixed berry for the last week or so, and I'm really enjoying it. I think fruit flavors are maybe a bit different. Don't really extract blue berry's... :) I am coming from vaping Alien Visions Hype 95% of the time for the last 9 months or so.

Maybe im just having bad luck with their tobacco flavors. Everything is turning upside down for me when I vape. I seems im moving to the more "pretty" side of the vaping flavors. From Tobacco to fruit, from non menthol to menthol. Really strange stuff.

Same thing happened to me. After vaping about 6 months or so, I no longer enjoyed tobaccos. I'm 100% fruit flavors now. Once you get there, give ecblend a shot again. They are 1 of very that I don't get either a chemical or perfume taste from their fruits. Can't beat the price either.

Listen to Tiger about the steeping. I custom-made Chocolate Hazelnut Tobacco and Vanilla Swirl 50/50 extra flavor and I thought it was awful and that I wasted money. I set it on the desk and pretty much forgot about it. About 2 weeks later, I got it down because I was tired of my grape and gave it another shot. It didn't last very long after that, I could not leave it alone!! I hadn't known about steeping at the time and I'm SO glad I didn't throw it away and write off EC Blends.
