I want to give a plug to a great newer company. I have been talking about their great liquids and ultra fast shipping on several posts but they have out done themselves. I had placed an order with them on Aug 29th and received my order today, Sept. 1st. They ship from Oregon so to Tennessee that is great service anyway. Unfortunately there was a mix up it labeling the envelope and I received the wrong order (shtuff happens no biggie). The great part is that I contacted them to advise them of the error and offered to go ahead and pay for the wrong order as it happens it was 7 leaf that I really am fond of anyway, but I still would like the Desert gold that I wanted to try. Literally within 5 minutes I received a response email advising there was no need to pay for the wrong bottle or ship it back and they would ship the correct order today!
The mark of a truly great company is not in never making a mistake but how well the error is handled. I could not ask for better customer service from anyone! They have a long term repeat customer in me!!
