I'd stumbled across ECBlend somewhere here on ECF, and wandered over to their website. I was rather surprised to see custom juice options, and their prices were phenomenal. So I figured there had to be a catch.
For under $10, I ordered four juices - three custom blends, one standard. Mind you, this order was placed late at night. It was shipped the very next day, so I can only assume that either they have a big staff, or that they had only a handful of orders pending.
Flash forward to two days later (this being yesterday), it arrived in my mail. Now, I know that they can't take credit for the USPS being speedy, but the fact that they blended, packed, and shipped my package in under 24 hours from the time of purchase is impressive.
When I opened the package, I found that not only were my juices perfectly intact, but they individually heat-sealed each with air around it to make them more secure, and that in addition, there was a sample of a juice that I was curious about (and I won't knock free samples, nosiree).
The fact that two of the three custom blends came out a bit too potent for my liking is no fault of theirs. Blame that on the person who picked the percentages (that being me).
I'm letting those two steep to see if the flavors blend down into a happy medium over time. The third custom blend was very close to what I'd hoped it would be, and the stock flavor was everything I'd hoped it would be.
All in all - fantastic prices, great potential for customizing flavors to my particular palate choices, insanely fast processing and shipping... I give them top marks for it all.
