Report it, they can capture the ipaddress and at least ban it.

Yeah I've been trying to find her a decent cigalike problem is in Canada we can't import nicotine so most of the cigalikes are all nicotine free... I'll let her try this and if it doesn't work out I'm gonna get one of those refilable 1ml cigalikes I've seen around.

Can you get juice with nicotine? and if so couldn't just refill the cart's with nic'd juice? I saw several utube things about it.
