There is a new Behmor coming out soon. Not sure what soon means though. That might put some of the previous version ones on the second hand market.

I've been very happy with the sr500, got it with 8 free pounds of beans.

3 full scoops, medium heat, 3/4 fan, 5 minutes - pretty consistently ends up with a nice roast, across multiple varieties (I generally like city plus and full city).

Nice. Have you seen the new Baratza Sette? Gorgeous grinder; probably their most aesthetically pleasing to date imo. It's taking the place of the preciso so I expect to see those come down a bit soon as well.

I managed to get off work to go to the SCAA expo in Atlanta next weekend. Pretty excited about that.

Respect should be given to all until they have proven they don't deserve it. Somebody needs to B*slap some people into realizing that.

He came close, but I let it go. That customer telling him how ugly his arrangement was, and wanting her money back was priceless, no way was I jumping in and fixing his problem since he wouldn't bring me in on what was going on anyway.

I just started roasting, got turned on to it on a contest thread here

Once you get a roaster and grinder, the actual cost for quite decent coffee beans is $5 or $6/lb.

As the Caucasian half of an interracial marriage living in TX I catch soooo many deathly hateful glares. After decades of exposure to this I no longer get angry. It really just saddens my heart to see these folks living with hearts soooo full of hatred that it probably limits thier lives. I seriously doubt any of those folks would ever imagine how proud I am to be a fully accepted member of a family full of the most impressive people I've ever been associated with. Every last one an educated professional executive type.

I wanna go on and on and on but this is a vape forum not a brag about your family forum.

Have you tried the Papua New Guinea Mile High - Green or
the Sumatra Boru Batak - Green I love Sumatran coffee as long as it isn't the Mandheling, I've just never found one I like.

Compare the two of them for me if you don't mind. I know the Sumatra is a bit acidic and kinda finishes with a citrusy note. But at the same time has deeper almost chocolate notes when sipping and exhaling.

Afraid I'm not set to compare. I've liked both, but only have the PNG roasted right now. I'm on a central/South America round right now, only pulled out some of the PNG to roast on a whim.
