Today is a good day!!!! I just received my echo from mountain vapor. From US all the way to Hellas in 13 days. Omg yessssssssssssss hehehe. Everything in order. I couldnt wait so i filled one cartridge, left it for a while and then connected to the battery. I think they come partly charged. VERY NICE feeling.

Thanks Dennis

Thank you, right now im on page 60 on echo threat, been reading it for a few days now. What is your opinion concerning the life of cartomizers? I mean how long they last or how many refills before you start seeing a decrease in vapour. Im asking because people's opinions vary from a few days to a few weeks and im scared to the idea that they might go off in a few days. Now it's been almost 12 hours since i started using it with the second battery with no charge at all and it still keeps on going OMG. The other battery is still charging for the first time. I know about 9 hours but 12? Maybe because it is the first charge. In addition what do you think about vapor production? I mean quantity. This is the only part that i am not sure about since i put a not fully charged battery but then again ive read on the echo thread that the battery performs at the same level till its time for recharge. The other reason that came to my mind is that it is the first time that i am using a pg juice instead of vg. Echo produces almost the same amount of vapour as my mini, a bit more actually. Anyway i guess i have to vape a few days and see. But in terms of quality echo is exactly what i was looking great taste and a huge capacity.

The (first) reason i think its common to many models and not just echo i think ego for sure. For echo the echomizers ( cartomizers) for ego the atomizers. These things might perform well or they might not, for example burning taste ( i tried to push the filler down still no change, left it overnight to settle etc) or not having a full taste, the taste you should have. To give you a number out of 10 echomizers from 2 different ventors 6 were bad straight away and the other 4 were good but (second)lasted no more than a week with pg juice. I think the same thing applies to atomizers for ego. A (third) reason was that it was to airy. I vaped yesterday an ego-t from a friend (same juice) and it was much better. I went prepared full battery full cartomizer. But my main concern is for the echomizers, if that was ok then i wouldnt mind so much and i would continue to like echo as it is a good looking device and i like automatic batteries. I think that there are people who will say for both echo and ego that their atos cartos last almost a month but there are also people like me.

It really depends on 2 primary factors:
  • Quality of Construction
  • Quality of Care

If you get a well constructed part, you can take less care of it and it will still last longer, but never as much as if you care for it well. If you get a shoddy part, no matter how much you care for it you'll never get as much out of it as a well constructed, well cared for part.

And by cared for I mean, know your voltages/ohms, know your juice, and generally don't fry stuff ;)
