Echo-e and E-Power?

Just wondering if the Echo-e cartomizer would fit the the E-Power? I see that the E-Power will operate on 510 atomizers and cartomizers, so I am thinking that the Echo-e would also work, am I right?

It is set up to work with egos with the recessed connection for the cone. If the E-power accepts ego mega attys it will work with it. I don't think it will work without an extender but I'm not positive.
