maybe everyone knows about ecig.com and already knows to stay away from them but i just wanted to share my experience. i ordered some juice from them 3 weeks ago. i still have not received it. after i placed the order i never got any conformation e-mail. after 3 weeks i still have never gotten an e-mail from them. i went to the website after a week to see what was going on. the only customer service option they have is live chat. the first time i talked to them on live chat they told me they had not received payment for my order. i logged into the bank account that i used for the purchase and my debit card had been charged. after arguing with them about that for a few days they finally told me it would ship. that was 2 weeks ago and i still haven't received anything. when i go to the site and try to live chat they give me an e-mail address thats supposed to be their shipping department. i've sent them 5 e-mails and never got a response and it takes several tries of logging into live chat to get them to talk to me. most of the time i ask my question and they ignore me. i've just gone to my bank to dispute the charge. i don't know if this is a scam company or if i just had a 1 time really bad experience
