I just put my clearos in a 1 quart bag with some small juice juice bottles(less than 2 oz each). Same bag as my tooth paste, tooth brush etc. and walked through the TSA "Freedom Booths". No one batted an eye. Balls weren't big enough to vape on the plane.
When you get on the plane, just make sure your juices and devices are oriented correctly so the decrease of pressure won't cause them to leak. Come to think of it... I probably couldn't have squeezed out and back into my seat comfortably enough in flight to make an "air vape" worth it. OTOH, the stalls in the bathroom airports were fair game.
Denver has a smoking bar in the terminal, but when I opened the door I couldn't bring myself to go into the fog... Heh, last time I couldn't wait to get in there when I was smoking and not vaping!

My rig stays in my pocket for the entire flight although I don't use it. It goes into the TSA inspection basket like the keys and wallet.

The juice must comply with 3-1-1 rules. It's no biggie.

Vaping on a plane is just stupid. I use nicotine gum on long flights and it works fine for me.

Actually, the bathrooms (on planes) have smoke detectors in them. There have been reports of people setting them off with vapor. Not a good idea to vape any kind of cloud in the airplane bathroom. On very long flights, I have been known to blow the vapor down my shirt in the bathroom.

All your ecig stuff goes in your carry on. Never put batteries in your checked baggage. Squeeze the extra air out of your bottles and cap them. Place them in a ziplock quart size freezer baggie. If there should be any leakage, it will be contained in the baggie.

No problems with getting ecigs through security. I fly with a PV that looks nothing like a cig-a-like and once in a while I get a second look but no biggie. TSA is pretty well schooled in what these are.

Have fun on your trip!! :D

Practice stealth vaping...
Even at my 0.2 res.... I can take small vapes and not blow a cloud at all. I take a mouth hit vape... i then hold it in for 5 seconds... then I breath in more air. and then hold for 1 second...and then inhale a little more... then exhale slowly.... you can get the hang of it.

To be honest though... According to the TSA, All vape gear is allowed on the airplanes UNLESS your vape gear resembles a GRENADE!!! and that is NOT allowed on the plane... and at that point, You probably are not either ... Just a heads up... They confiscated one that looked like a grenade

TSA has to be the most vape-aware group around. This last time I flew, I my bag got flagged for a hand re-check. The girl rummaged past my kayfun in one of the pockets, so I offered that "hey, just where you were just looking, that's something with a small amount of liquid, and since I'm not flying overnight I didin't have my liquids bag to put it in." She says, no sir, it's not your kayfun with a drop tank, and by the way these bins are gross, I wouldn't put your vaporshark and dripper in there without a paper towell or something." I forget what she found that triggered the second check, but it wasn't vape related. Hardware in your carry-on, or better outside in the bin itself, is the way to go. Liquids in your liquid / toiletry bag if you got more than a few mil.
