What mg of nic are you vaping? I ask because nicotine is a stimulant and can act as an appetite suppressant. If you drastically cut your nic intake by going with a low nic juice that could be your answer. Or it could just be that you can taste and smell again. Tends to make one want to taste things when they taste good.

Actually, I DO have a serious recommendation.
DRINK A LOT OF WATER.
Vaping dehydrates you - many new vapors complain of a few "side effects" that turn out to be from not drinking enough water.
That MAY also somewhat affect the hunger, though I'm not certain - I didn't notice any appetite change at all.
I did notice that I was less dependent on caffeine...though I still drink coffee, it's a bit less...

I also drink less coffee since I started vaping. I used to drink it almost all day everyday now I rarely have more than 2 cups a day. I think my appetite has actually decreased a little bit. I wonder if they OP maybe should try 24mg nic maybe 18 isn't high enough for him, but then again as another poster said it could be a result of taste and smell coming back. I very much agree with needing to drink plenty of water. I'm not for sure on this but I think being slightly dehydrated can make you feel hungry? Drinking lots of water can make you feel full too.

PS - Just wanted to add that when I vape and drink coffee I have little to no appetite. Caffeine and nicotine are both hunger suppressing.

I've also experienced increased levels of appetite after a chain-vape session (8mg, 100% VG). I don't think the symptom is indicative of any serious ramifications. I do make an effort to stay well hydrated, especially because my job is highly physically/mentally intensive.

I'm not exactly sure it's related to vaping in particular, either. Could just be a side-effect of quitting the analogs, which is a usual response. I know this is generally attributed to the nicotine, but with 2,000+ (?) chemicals in each stick, other factors could certainly be involved.

My advice: Drink more water, and snack on some cheese :p

Thanks for the tip. Will try to remember to keep hydrated as much as possible.
